Job Description
Solsten, a company providing consumer insights and resonance platform, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive campaigns and boost demand across all funnel stages. The Demand Generation Manager will work closely with Sales and Product leaders. This role requires being based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Role Involves:
  • Understanding Solsten’s products, value proposition, and customer journeys.
  • Using data and analytics to measure and improve demand generation performance.
  • Conducting targeted audience segmentation based on ICPs.
  • Developing and implementing high-performing demand generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Expanding distribution beyond owned channels through testing and experimentation.
  • Working closely with sales and product teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
  • Creating and managing demand generation budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading demand generation in B2B companies.
  • Extensive experience implementing and testing marketing programs and processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
  • Expertise across email marketing and paid channels.
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
  • Strong communication and program management skills.
