Solsten is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Europe to evangelize its solutions and drive growth. The Sales Development Representative will identify target companies, create a book of business, and exceed performance targets.

What role involves: - Performing high-quality outreach via multiple channels.
- Identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities for Solsten’s products.
- Articulating the differentiated value of Solsten.
- Analyzing the lead funnel and adjusting targeting.
- Developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- Creating excellent documentation for each account and customer touchpoint using CRM.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales development quota.
- Developing and executing outbound strategy for events and webinars.
What candidate should have: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strategic-thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a similar SaaS role.
- Passion for video games.
- Familiarity with the Sales tech stack (Hubspot, Attention, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
- Business-savvy paired with excellent listening skills.
- Solid understanding of buyer needs.
- High degrees of self-motivation and accountability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
