Job Description

Solsten is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities for the company's intelligence products. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record of success in a SaaS environment.

The Sales Development Representative will evangelize Solsten's solutions, create a book of business, and consistently exceed performance targets. They will identify pain points and prescribe the best solutions, contributing to the growth of the GTM team.

What this role involves:

  • Performing high-quality outreach via multiple channels.
  • Identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities.
  • Articulating the value of Solsten.
  • Analyzing the lead funnel.
  • Developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Creating excellent documentation in the CRM.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales development quota.
  • Developing and executing outbound strategy for events and webinars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strategic-thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Passion for video games.
  • Familiarity with the Sales tech stack (Hubspot, Attention, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
  • Business-savvy with excellent listening skills.
  • Solid understanding of buyer needs.
  • High degrees of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
