Job Description
Solsten is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities for the company's intelligence products. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record of success in a SaaS environment.
The Sales Development Representative will evangelize Solsten's solutions, create a book of business, and consistently exceed performance targets. They will identify pain points and prescribe the best solutions, contributing to the growth of the GTM team.
What this role involves:
- Performing high-quality outreach via multiple channels.
- Identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities.
- Articulating the value of Solsten.
- Analyzing the lead funnel.
- Developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Creating excellent documentation in the CRM.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales development quota.
- Developing and executing outbound strategy for events and webinars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strategic-thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Passion for video games.
- Familiarity with the Sales tech stack (Hubspot, Attention, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
- Business-savvy with excellent listening skills.
- Solid understanding of buyer needs.
- High degrees of self-motivation and accountability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
