Job Description

Aspire.io is seeking a Campaign Associate to join their Agency Services Team. The Campaign Associate will provide critical support for influencer and social media campaigns, working across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. He will play a key role in executing high-impact campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering top-tier results for Aspire's partners.

• Manages influencer outreach and selection.
• Curates creator recommendations for clients.
• Coordinates influencer partnerships, including negotiating terms, setting campaign details, overseeing content approvals, managing product fulfillment, and issuing payments.
• Supports Campaign Managers in project management.
• Monitors and analyzes campaign performance.
• Stays up to date on social media trends and strategies.

• 1+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness.
• Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely.
• Demonstrates initiative to suggest and implement new ideas.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• BA degree or higher is strongly preferred.
