Campaign Manager

Job Description

Aspire.io is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their Agency Services Team. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for providing influencer and social campaign management for diverse enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and confident in providing client support.Role involves:

• Planning, managing, and executing large-scale influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with the strategy team and Account Directors for strategic support.
• Identifying client goals and working with them to identify the correct KPIs and strategy.
• Scoping out campaigns and setting timelines and deliverables based upon the client’s KPIs and budget.
• Supporting Campaign Associates in campaign execution.
• Owning client relationships and maintaining prescribed SLAs.
• Monitoring campaigns and providing insightful learnings.
• Providing deep understanding of client facing analytics and clear analysis on all KPI's.
• Creating and presenting executive-facing presentations.
• Partnering with operations manager to improve processes and implementation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
• 1+ year of client management experience.
• High organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness.
• Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely.
• Initiative to suggest and implement new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Suite products.
• BA degree or higher strongly preferred.
