Onboarding Project Manager - EU/UK at Marqeta

Marqeta is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager in the UK to help customers onboard their card programs to the Marqeta platform. The role involves coordinating multiple internal and external workstreams and serving as the main point of contact for Marqeta during the launch of customer card programs. This is a flexible role that can be performed remotely within the UK or from the London office.

The Impact:

• Work with customers, payment networks, banks, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure the implementation of Marqeta’s card issuing tools and infrastructure.
• Build customer relationships to support integrations.
• Use project management tools to deliver projects on time.
• Develop internal relationships within Marqeta.
• Communicate with other teams to resolve blockers.
• Maintain up-to-date internal records.

Who You Are:

• Requires 2+ years of related experience
• Significant experience in customer-facing project delivery/management roles
• Understanding of the payments ecosystem, especially card issuing
• Strong understanding of API applications and technical environments
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Self-motivated and able to work on aggressive schedules
• Superior communication skills
• Positive attitude and high integrity
• Team player and self-starter
