Senior Salesforce Developer – Pharma/Life Sciences at Azurity Pharmaceuticals - India

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Offshore Salesforce Developer to join their Digital team. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on customizing and enhancing Salesforce to support HCP/HCO engagement, medical affairs, field rep automation, regulatory compliance, and Commercial Operations. This role will collaborate closely with onshore teams to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and customizing Life Sciences functionalities.
• Building custom objects, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Implementing advanced workflow automation.
• Configuring call planning, sample management, and territory management.
• Developing integrations with third-party pharma applications.
• Optimizing data security and compliance.
• Ensuring Salesforce scalability and performance.
• Participating in scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Providing technical documentation and deployment support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Veeva CRM, and Health Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (IQVIA, Snowflake, MDM).
• Understanding of HCP engagement, MSL workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud certifications required.
