Senior Software Developer - Talent Pool at Orium

Orium is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their Talent Pool for potential future opportunities. The role involves collaborating with enterprise clients to shape digital experiences, leading front-end development for eCommerce projects, and integrating third-party components within an Agile framework. The candidate will report to the Manager of Software Development and contribute to enhancing development practices.

Orium is looking for someone to:

• Support and mentor developers
• Collaborate with designers and the Product Manager
• Maintain transparency by proactively updating stakeholders
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams
• Engage with clients to gather requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews

The ideal candidate should possess below experience and skills:

• 5+ years of industry experience as a full-stack JavaScript developer
• Experience in eCommerce or retail POS/OMS systems technology
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies
• Understanding of responsive design
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Experience with modern digital tools and an openness to integrating AI-powered solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to critically evaluate AI-assisted decision-making
• A mindset of continuous learning
