Orium, following its acquisition of Gluo, is seeking a dedicated Java Developer to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative work and is eager to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance execution and decision-making. The developer will be responsible for programming, implementing, and testing functional and technical design requirements under the guidance of technical or development leads.
    Responsibilities:
  • Implement project requirements using Java and specified frameworks.
  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
  • Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify weaknesses and errors and design solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Resolve technical issues from client interactions or internal projects.
  • Conduct testing and document implemented components.
    Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java 11+, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
  • Advanced knowledge of Spring Framework, including Spring Reactive, Data, Security, WebFlux, and Boot.
  • Experience with Java frameworks like Hibernate/JPA and JUnit.
  • Familiarity with application servers like Netty, Tomcat, Jetty, WebLogic, WildFly, Geronimo, or GlassFish.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Experience with Maven and Gradle.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM and Kanban).
  • Knowledge of Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of reactive and functional programming, circuit breaker pattern, and secure development.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and transform them into technical designs.
  • Openness to integrating AI-powered solutions to enhance development efficiency and problem-solving.
