ScienceLogic is seeking a Director of GSI Sales Engineering to lead a team and drive technical engagements within the AIOps and IT operations domain. The Director will collaborate with GSIs to deliver scalable, innovative solutions for enterprise customers. He will be responsible for aligning the company AIOps platform with their service offerings and enterprise customer needs and mentoring and guiding the team.
Role involves: - Developing and executing a technical sales strategy.
- Building trusted technical partnerships with GSI stakeholders.
- Leading technical enablement sessions and workshops.
- Designing, architecting, and implementing AIOps solutions.
- Driving Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Supporting joint account planning and pipeline development.
Requirements: - Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales, with a focus on GSI partnerships.
- Hands-on expertise with AIOps, observability tools, and ITSM platforms, preferably ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams.
