SevenRooms is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Australia. This role is focused on ensuring long-term customer success by providing support throughout the customer lifecycle, including deployment, training, and adoption.SevenRooms' CS Team is dedicated to helping customers meet their business goals through problem-solving, data analysis, and product knowledge. The Customer Success Manager will report to the Manager of Customer Success, APAC.What this role involves:
  • Managing a book of business to ensure strong customer health and adoption.
  • Developing success plans to achieve customer objectives
  • Building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to optimize for maximum revenue.
  • Providing technical and business solutions using the SevenRooms platform.
  • Collaborating with various teams to deliver quality products to clients.
Who is SevenRooms looking for:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively.
  • Experience building and implementing systems for internal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
