SevenRooms is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in London. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive a world-class experience and have opportunities to expand their business.
As a Customer Success Manager at SevenRooms, the candidate will provide support throughout the customer lifecycle. The candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success. The SevenRooms CS Team is the hearbeat of their customers.
What this role involves:
- Managing a book of business to ensure customer health and adoption.
- Developing success plans to achieve customer objectives.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintaining data integrity to track key metrics and optimize revenue.
- Becoming an expert on the SevenRooms platform.
- Working with teams across SevenRooms to deliver quality products.
Requirements for this role include:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Experience building internal communication systems and processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
