Job Description

SevenRooms is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in 2025. This role will be based in the US. The Customer Success Manager will support customers throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, training, and adoption. They will report to the Manager of Customer Success and play a crucial role in ensuring clients have a world-class experience and opportunities to develop their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business to ensure customer health and adoption.
  • Develop success plans to achieve customer objectives.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity to track key metrics, specifically ROI.
  • Become an expert on the SevenRooms platform.
  • Collaborate with various teams across SevenRooms.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively.
  • Experience building and implementing internal communication systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
