SevenRooms is seeking a Recruiter to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent. This role will focus on hiring Go-To-Market talent for EMEA and APAC hubs. The Recruiter will maintain close connections with employees, focusing on their first-year experience, career goals, and internal mobility.

This role requires 2-3 days per week in our London office. The Talent Acquisition team is committed to providing Roomies with unparalleled service and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience owning full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Expertise in hiring GTM talent
  • Commitment to exceptional customer and stakeholder experience
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable leveraging quantitative & qualitative data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
