SevenRooms is seeking a Recruiter to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent. This role will focus on hiring Go-To-Market talent for EMEA and APAC hubs. The Recruiter will maintain close connections with employees, focusing on their first-year experience, career goals, and internal mobility.
This role requires 2-3 days per week in our London office. The Talent Acquisition team is committed to providing Roomies with unparalleled service and support.

- Full-cycle talent acquisition
- Implementing effective sourcing strategies
- Providing coaching to hiring teams

- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics
- Supporting employee engagement and retention programs
Requirements:
- Experience owning full-cycle recruitment processes
- Expertise in hiring GTM talent
- Commitment to exceptional customer and stakeholder experience
- Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Comfortable leveraging quantitative & qualitative data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
