SevenRooms is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving individual revenue quotas. The role focuses on nurturing client relationships and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies
  • Manage renewal process
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations
  • Partner with internal teams
  • Provide regular updates on account activity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
