SevenRooms is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth within existing accounts. The role requires a focus on understanding client needs and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from the SevenRooms platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the renewal process and develop renewal strategies.
  • Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features and services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Partner with internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on account activity and potential upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Strong track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably within a Marketing SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Deep commitment to understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Exceptional project management abilities.
