SevenRooms is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth within existing accounts. The role requires a focus on understanding client needs and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from the SevenRooms platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
- Take ownership of the renewal process and develop renewal strategies.
- Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features and services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations.
- Partner with internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on account activity and potential upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably within a Marketing SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
