SevenRooms is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching talent and helping scale the team. The ideal candidate will have experience running complex sales cycles and leading teams to success. Responsibilities:
Assessing team strengths and weaknesses
Providing performance reports
Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring salespeople
Assisting with important deals
Scaling insights and establishing best practices
Building customer relationships
Requirements:
Experience leading a team across different geographies
2+ years of SaaS sales experience (CRM preferred)
3+ years of sales management experience
Tech-savviness with sales and internal tools
Love of hospitality
