SevenRooms is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex sales cycles and consultative processes. They will play a crucial role in redefining the hospitality industry for restaurant operators globally.SevenRooms' Sales team aims to reshape the hospitality industry for restaurant operators around the globe. The Sales Manager will be a leader, coach, and mentor to their team, ensuring they hit regional goals. They will create new sales plans and support the team to source and close deals.
What this role involves: - Leading, managing, and growing a team of Account Executives.
- Assisting on important deals, from prospecting to closing.
- Establishing best practices for managing a sales team and their book of business.
- Developing new sales plans, strategies, and programs to increase team productivity.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements: - Experience leading a team across different geographies.
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience (CRM sales experience preferred).
- 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce, Gong.io, and Google Apps.
- Passion for hospitality and supporting operators.
