In this role, the analyst will play a crucial part in uncovering data-driven insights that inform strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence. The Strategy & Operations team acts as internal consultants, partnering with teams across the company to tackle complex challenges and unlock new opportunities.What this role involves:

• Driving strategic initiatives through key analyses.
• Unlocking data-driven insights by diving deep into data to identify trends.
• Partnering with leaders across functions to provide data-backed recommendations.
• Building and optimizing forecasting models.
• Being a thought leader by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
