Product Analyst

Job Description

Duckbill is seeking a Product Analyst to play a crucial role in shaping its product strategy and development. This role, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, involves managing the product organization's operations. The Product Analyst will be instrumental in building dashboards, analyzing experiments, developing rollout plans, and writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). They will also ensure effective communication and collaboration across various departments within Duckbill.

The Product Analyst will use quantitative and qualitative analysis to gather user feedback, enabling data-driven decisions that contribute to business growth.

Role Involves:

• Owning and maintaining dashboards
• Writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration
• Analyzing data to extract actionable insights
• Gathering and analyzing user feedback
• Participating in strategic projects

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends.
• Technical proficiency, preferably with SQL or the PyData stack.
• Comfort with PRD writing and familiarity with product management processes.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a tech or AI-driven company.
