The AI Engineer will design and develop sophisticated AI solutions to enhance user experience and drive the company's strategic objectives. They will leverage the latest AI and ML innovations to provide personalized experiences, including developing high-engagement recommendation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design groundbreaking AI solutions and develop prototypes.
• Leverage AI and ML for hyper-personalized experiences.
• Build tools to maximize the output of human personal assistants.
• Automate task execution using the entire AI stack.
• Improve human task execution quality via intelligent information retrieval systems.
• Contribute to operations by building smart monitoring and intervention systems.
• Enhance the AI ops stack by improving evaluation frameworks.
• Enhance human annotation flow stack to enable leveraging human resources for annotation.
• Maximize the value extracted from proprietary data.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in an ML engineering role.
• Proficiency in machine learning.
• Strong engineering skills in Python and data manipulation skills in SQL.
• Solid knowledge of ML model deployment patterns.
• Experience with the entire MLOps stack.
• Strong product and business intuition.
• Knowledge of the foundations of the LLM stack.
