Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Systems Integrator to join their team in Montreal. The Integrator will play a key role in ensuring transparent and secure access to applications and systems. They will be responsible for integrating and deactivating applications in Saviynt, support end-users and promote IAM best practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a secure and efficient technology environment.

Lightspeed is based in Montreal, Canada.

Role involves:

  • Integrating and deactivating applications in Saviynt.
  • Managing and maintaining application integrations in the Identity Provider (IdP).
  • Participating in certification audits in Saviynt.
  • Providing end-user support for access requests.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborating with IT and security teams to promote IAM best practices.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies.
  • Administering the Identity Governance and Administration platform (Saviynt).
  • Designing and implementing approval workflows in Saviynt.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles and best practices, including RBAC.
  • Extensive experience with Saviynt.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity Providers (OneLogin, Okta) and SSO protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC).
  • Experience with APIs and related integrations.
  • Experience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Java programming experience is an asset.
  • SOX compliance experience is an asset.
