Responsibilities:
- Assisting recruiters and hiring managers with daily hiring activities.
- Scheduling interviews and creating offers.
- Coordinating reference and background checks.
- Serving as the main point of contact for hiring managers.
- Providing guidance on the recruitment process.
- Maintaining strong partnerships with People & Culture team members.
Requirements:
- Recruiting coordination or relevant administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (written and verbal).
- Meticulous organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS is an asset.
