Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Paris. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Lightspeed's clients, understanding their objectives, and presenting them with Lightspeed's suite of products to help them achieve their goals.Role involves:
  • Selling Lightspeed to existing clients.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Helping clients transition to more advanced platforms.
  • Presenting software solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Tracking key metrics.
  • Building advocacy for restaurants within the company.
  • Contributing to organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management, business development, or a similar role with a sales quota.
  • Understanding of consultative SaaS sales.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other pipeline management tools.
  • Professionalism and confidence in communicating with executives.
  • Fluency in French and English.
