Lightspeed is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Account Executives in Paris. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching the team, driving prospecting efforts, and achieving new client acquisition goals. They will also collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the company's culture.

The role involves:

  • Coaching a team of Field Account Executives
  • Creating a customer-focused sales experience
  • Driving prospecting and lead generation
  • Using Salesforce for forecasting and analysis
  • Meeting new client acquisition goals
  • Expanding the customer base in assigned territories
  • Recruiting and building a field sales team
  • Collaborating with product, account management, implementation, and other internal teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant industries
  • Experience in recruiting, managing, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives
  • Experience managing a full-cycle sales team, from prospecting to closing
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
  • Passion for being in the field with the team
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
