Lightspeed is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to join its Hospitality team in Paris. The Partner Growth Manager will be responsible for developing existing strategic partnerships and acquiring new partners to accelerate Lightspeed's growth in France. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to build a strong professional network within the partner ecosystem.

The role involves:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing partners and resellers to generate new customers.
  • Analyzing the B2B application market to identify new opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.
  • Building, managing, and maintaining a partner pipeline to ensure development strategy in assigned regions.
  • Achieving indirect sales targets and ensuring regular performance reporting.
  • Ensuring effective communication between Lightspeed and its partners.
  • Conducting remote presentations to train and support partners.
  • Managing the onboarding of new partners, including training and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identifying and recruiting new partners through prospecting and qualifying incoming opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Business Development, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in partnership management, with a collaborative approach to developing win-win solutions with Lightspeed (3+ years in partnerships/B2B, ideally in software sales).
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with consideration for the needs of customers, partners, and the market.
  • Good understanding of the partnership landscape in France.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales Managers to refine the partnership strategy.
  • Communicative energy to thrive in a dynamic and diverse team.
  • Experience in training, motivating, and developing partners.
  • Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.
