Développeur(se) iOS Intermédiaire at Lightspeed Commerce (FR)

Lightspeed is seeking an Intermediate iOS Developer to join its Hospitality product group in Montreal. The developer will be responsible for extending the company's reach into new markets and countries, as well as improving its advanced commerce platform for hospitality. This role involves joining a team constructing an advanced and modular framework for users and permissions, empowering multi-site merchants to easily manage their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with industry experts to enhance the iOS application.
• Design and implement aesthetic, efficient, and functional mobile applications.
• Prioritize tasks between new feature development and maintenance.
• Report to the Team Lead and engage with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and brainstorming sessions.
• Uphold high standards for code quality and system reliability.
• Share ideas and best practices to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• Advanced programming skills in Swift (and ideally Objective-C).
• Good knowledge of Structured Concurrency, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and REST APIs.
• Experience in writing automated unit and functional tests.
• Good conceptual understanding of software design and code aesthetics.
• Experience with local network communication and external accessories is a plus.
• Team player who enjoys contributing to discussions.
• Self-motivated and effective in a team environment with minimal supervision.
