Job Description
The 401(k) Administration Program, Inc. (AMP) is seeking a Remote Account Manager to work on Retirement Plans. The Account Manager will focus on review and client/advisor service, supported by various teams. AMP was formed by Nova 401(k) Associates and AFS to deliver solutions to group 402(a) and PEPs. Nova is a growing national third-party administration firm offering career advancement opportunities.

Role Involves:
  • Maintaining client and advisor relationships.
  • Managing a caseload of PEP and 402(a) solution clients.
  • Prioritizing workload towards weekly goals.
  • Consulting with clients regarding plan operation and design.
  • Working with other departments, record-keepers, and advisors.
  • Proactively communicating about new industry developments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of 401(k) plan administration experience or consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with PEP, 402(a), and/or 3(16) service models and providers is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
  • NIPA or ASPPA credentials.
  • College degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of critical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask.
