Defined Contribution MEP Account Manager

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Defined Contribution MEP Account Manager to manage client and advisor relationships, focusing on review and service. The role involves a 37.5-hour work week with a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional development. Role Involves:

• Maintaining client and advisor relationships.
• Managing a caseload of MEP adopters.
• Prioritizing workload towards weekly goals.
• Consulting with clients regarding plan operation and design.
• Documenting all client interactions in the workflow management system.
• Proactively communicating with MEP clients.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
• Familiarity with MEP service models and providers (a plus).
• NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
