Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager for a fully remote position. The role focuses on review and client/advisor service, supported by various specialized teams. The company values work-life balance and offers career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client and advisor relationships
  • Manage a caseload of complicated plans
  • Perform escalated work product review
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet weekly goals
  • Consult with clients on plan operation and design
  • Communicate with clients and advisors about industry developments
  • Collaborate with other departments and record-keepers
  • Perform work in accordance with Nova policies

Requirements:

  • Ten+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience
  • NIPA or ASPPA credentials
  • College degree
  • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) testing
  • Knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a book of business independently
  • Commitment to lifelong learning
