Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager for a fully remote position. The role focuses on review and client/advisor service, supported by various specialized teams. The company values work-life balance and offers career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client and advisor relationships
- Manage a caseload of complicated plans
- Perform escalated work product review
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet weekly goals
- Consult with clients on plan operation and design
- Communicate with clients and advisors about industry developments
- Collaborate with other departments and record-keepers
- Perform work in accordance with Nova policies
Requirements:
- Ten+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- NIPA or ASPPA credentials
- College degree
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) testing
- Knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a book of business independently
- Commitment to lifelong learning
