Job Description

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Qualified Retirement Plan Reviewer to focus on quality assurance. This role involves reviewing the work product of team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience.

• Reviewing annual trust accounting
• Reviewing ADP/ACP testing
• Reviewing 401(a)4 testing
• Reviewing 410(b) testing
• Reviewing 5500 form
• Reviewing contribution calculations
• Reviewing safe harbor compliance
• Providing feedback and training to junior staff
• Interpreting plan documents/notices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Credentials with ASPPA or NIPA preferred
• Five+ years of experience in non-discrimination testing
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code/Regulations
• Strong research and analytical skills
