Nova 401(k) Associates, a rapidly growing TPA firm, is seeking a Sales Consultant to expand its presence in the NYC/CT metro area. The role involves promoting Nova's services to investment professionals and participating in presentations to plan sponsors. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with intermediary partners and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying investment professionals to promote Nova services.
  • Participating in point-of-sale presentations.
  • Maintaining frequent contact with key producers.
  • Understanding the competitive industry environment.
  • Traveling to offsite sales training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Sales experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and create partnerships.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of retirement industry products and services is a plus.
