Nova 401(k) Associates, a rapidly growing TPA firm, is seeking a Sales Consultant to expand its presence in the Pacific Northwest. The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in promoting Nova's services and building strong relationships with intermediary partners.This role involves:
  • Identifying investment professionals to promote Nova services
  • Participating in point-of-sale presentations to represent Nova’s solutions
  • Maintaining frequent contact with key producers through various communication methods
  • Understanding market trends and providing recommendations to the management team
  • Building strong relationships with intermediary partners
  • Traveling to offsite periodic sales training
Requirements for this position include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Sales experience (related or not); preferably internal or external wholesaling
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proven sales ability a plus; must be able to move the needle
  • Strong ability to build relationships and create partnerships
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plus
