Job Description
Ada is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to provide technical expertise to innovative companies, ensuring they maximize their ROI with Ada. The consultant will guide customers post-purchase, fostering their long-term success with Ada's product.
Responsibilities: - Driving adoption and utilization of the platform, focusing on increasing automated resolutions.
- Delivering value-based presentations to all organizational levels, including C-suite.
- Leading discovery sessions to identify requirements, challenges, and expansion opportunities.
- Building custom product demonstrations and sandboxes showcasing Ada's Automation-First strategy.
- Scoping and designing integrations into customers' existing technology stack.
- Supporting post-sales by retaining and expanding existing client accounts through quarterly business reviews and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Ada's products and marketing.
Requirements: - 2+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and develop technical champions.
- Experience building relationships with VP level stakeholders.
- Technically and analytically curious with a love for perpetual learning and improving the status quo.
- Located in the United Kingdom and able to support clients across EMEA and NORAM.
