Ada is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant II to provide technical and subject matter expertise to innovative companies. This role involves collaborating with the Sales team to drive new business and ensure existing customers maximize the value of Ada's AI-first strategies. The Customer Solutions Consultant II will guide customers throughout their lifecycle, from initial engagement to implementation and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements and challenges.
  • Utilize knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions and provide solutions.
  • Deliver value-based presentations and product demos to all levels of an organization, including C-suite.
  • Build custom product demonstrations and sandboxes.
  • Scope and design integrations into customers' existing technology stack.
  • Support pre-sales, customer implementations, and post-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Technical and analytical curiosity.
  • Reliable and resilient team player with a start-up mentality.
  • Generative AI implementation experience is an asset.
