Ada, an AI customer service company, is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to establish their Deal Desk function. This role involves creating processes, optimizing deal execution, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. The Deal Desk Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will work independently as a team of one, with opportunities for future growth.

The responsibilities include:

  • Building and implementing deal review and approval processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with contracting and pricing policies.
  • Providing operational support to the Sales team.
  • Refining internal documentation and processes.
  • Drive timely processing of deals by ensuring alignment and accountability across all key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps)

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years in a Deal Desk role.
  • Expertise with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles.
