The role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS teams to ensure cohesive and measurable product marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Conducting thorough market research.
  • Developing target buyer and user personas.
  • Executing and maintaining a competitive intelligence program.
  • Creating messaging and content that positions Ada as the best solution for AI customer service.
  • Representing Ada at industry events and conferences.
  • Developing thought leadership content.
  • Establishing KPIs and reporting on product marketing impact and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in product marketing; 5+ years in a leadership role with a B2B SaaS product.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong marketing competencies across strategic planning, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills.
