Senior Product Manager, Collaboration at Ada

Ada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Collaboration Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative AI-driven experiences, focusing on new patterns for AI Agent and human collaboration. This role involves reimagining the customer experience during escalations, turning agent interactions into AI learning moments, and working directly with customers to refine collaboration strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Inventing new patterns for AI Agent and human collaboration.
• Reimagining the customer experience during escalations across chat, email, voice, and social messaging.
• Defining how Ada’s AI Agent proactively sets up human agents for success.
• Turning agent interactions into AI learning moments through real-time feedback loops.
• Working directly with customers to refine collaboration strategies.
• Driving execution across engineering and design teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in product development (engineering, design, or product management).
• 2+ years in a product management role, driving products from concept to launch.
• A builder’s mindset in a greenfield space.
• Strategic and execution-focused approach.
• Technical fluency with APIs and integrations.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to lead with influence.
• Bias for action and problem-solving.
