Ada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Messaging Experience Team. This role involves defining and delivering innovative AI-driven experiences, focusing on AI-driven messaging for customer support across chat, mobile, and social channels. The Senior Product Manager will work end-to-end from ideation to market launch, contributing significantly to Ada's AI transformation platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Redefining AI-driven messaging for customer support.
  • Creating new UI experiences for AI-powered messaging.
  • Revamping Ada’s messaging SDKs for scale and performance.
  • Ensuring messaging is scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready.
  • Collaborating directly with customers and internal teams.

Requirements include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product development (engineering, design, or product management), including 2+ years in a product management role.
  • A builder’s mindset in a greenfield space.
  • A strategic and execution-focused approach.
  • Technical fluency, with a deep understanding of API design and SDK development.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • An ability to lead with influence.
  • Bias for action and problem-solving.
