Role involves:

• Creating and implementing technical designs
• Actively participating in improving development practices
• Ensuring high-quality code through reviews and collaboration
• Staying close to customer feedback and collaborating with product and design partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis
• Experience with AI projects using LLM providers like OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic
• Ability to articulate technical decisions and explain architectural choices
• Proven experience mentoring engineers
