Ada, an AI customer service company, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive to expand its client base in Canada and drive revenue growth. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales motion for Mid-Market accounts, build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, and collaborate with Customer Solutions Consultants to deliver impactful product demos. The role requires strong sales acumen, executive presence, and effective time management skills.

Role Involves:

  • Owning the entire sales motion for Mid-Market accounts.
  • Managing and closing expansion opportunities within existing customer base.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through prospecting.
  • Developing territory plan that supports the successful execution and achievement of sales targets.
  • Accurately forecasting quarterly results to Sales Leadership.
  • Collaborating with Customer Solutions Consultants to deliver impactful product demos.
  • Becoming an expert on all things Ada and effectively communicating value proposition to all levels including C-Suite executives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS solutions into Mid-Market accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience prospecting and building pipeline in a competitive market.
  • Consistently managed $650K+ ARR new business territory and a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a team player.
  • Strong sales acumen, executive presence, effective time management, and organization skills.
  • Open to travel for client visits.
