Job Description
Ada is seeking a Microsoft Partner Manager to enhance its existing Microsoft partnership by nurturing relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a track record of success in building and managing partnerships.
The Microsoft Partner Manager at Ada will be responsible for:
- Developing a joint business plan with Microsoft
- Building and maintaining relationships with Microsoft stakeholders
- Creating and executing a co-sell strategy
- Driving revenue through joint marketing and sales efforts
- Identifying and engaging with relevant Microsoft partner programs
- Implementing enablement and training programs for sales teams
- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Becoming an expert on Ada's value proposition
- Executing webinars and events with the Partner Marketing team
- Representing Ada at partner events and conferences
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of partner experience at Microsoft or in the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- An established network at Microsoft
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales/partner management tools
- Willingness to travel
