Sales Development Representative at Ada

Ada is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact with potential clients. The Sales Development Representative will communicate the value of Ada's AI Agents, consult with prospective clients across different industries to understand their business challenges and goals, and explain how Ada can help. They will also go through training to gain product knowledge and learn to use various sales tools.

The role involves:

• Crafting and deploying personalized omni channel campaigns to prospective clients.
• Qualifying prospective clients on video and phone calls.
• Becoming an Ada product expert.
• Developing new outbound prospecting strategies, and optimizing existing ones.
• Using modern sales tools including Outreach, Linkedin, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce.
• Collaborating with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
• Deeply curious and eager to learn in an accelerated environment.
• Highly motivated and enjoys making cold calls.
• Outside-the-box thinker with creativity and adaptability.
• Previous SaaS experience is a plus.
