Job Description
Yum! Brands is seeking a Supply Chain Category Manager to lead strategic regional category plans. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to align category objectives for Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut brands in the Latin America & Caribbean market. The individual will work from either the Irvine, CA, or Plano, TX office.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders on regional strategic and business priorities.
- Leading key negotiations with strategic category suppliers.
- Managing strategic supplier relationships and implement partnerships.
- Identifying and mitigate potential category risks.
- Championing sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain roles, ideally within the food industry
- 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic category management and procurement.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership, communication and partnership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis with advanced Excel skills
