Yalo is seeking a Key Account Strategy Director to design and execute growth and innovation plans for their key customers. The director will lead a cross-functional team to deliver Yalo’s value proposition and help customers reach their full potential.
The role involves close collaboration with customers, understanding their needs, driving innovation with the product team, and ensuring effective execution. Yalo needs someone with strategic thinking, excellent execution, and stakeholder management skills. Someone who is focused on adding value to customers.
The Key Account Strategy Director will act as a strategic partner to customers, helping them advance their business and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and leading the execution of growth and expansion strategies for key customers.
- Measuring and delivering incremental value to key customers.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for top- and mid-level decision-makers.
- Leading the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans.
- Understanding customer product needs and communicating them to the product team.
- Unlocking growth opportunities for key customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting plus industry experience.
- Experience managing complex engagements focused on increasing business outputs.
- Proven track record of turning business data into strong narratives.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business; an MBA is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel 2-3 weeks per month.
- Comfortable working long hours and weekends.
