Yalo is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their CS & Growth Operations Team. The ideal candidate will help develop customer relationships, promote growth, retention, and loyalty among the customer base. Yalo's next hire will work closely with customers to assist in the execution of their campaign strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:
  • Campaigns Management: Executing day-to-day operational activities, scheduling campaigns, segmenting audiences, and cleaning customer databases.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborating with the Customer Success team to create marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Reporting: Providing status updates on campaigns internally and to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to operational processes.
  • Support on Internal Initiatives
Requirements:
  • Desirable - 1 year of experience in a Customer Support position.
  • Strategic Skills: Ability to define and execute effective GTM strategies. Marketing Knowledge and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Excel Master / Google Tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc)
  • Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging messages.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Languages: Intermediate/advanced English
