Senior Product Designer at Yalo Inc.

Yalo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to their mission of revolutionizing omnichannel sales through an intelligent sales platform powered by AI. The Senior Product Designer will focus on AI-first products, addressing customer needs from engagement to loyalty.

This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to create intuitive, human-centered solutions. The designer will shape product strategy, engage with customers to gather feedback, and take ownership of product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting high-quality, intuitive design solutions.
• Influencing product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
• Engaging with customers to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Owning product outcomes and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Using products to improve design thinking.
• Contributing to the design system.
• Participating in team rituals and operations.

Requirements:

• Experience designing for Marketing, Commerce, or Workflow Automation products.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, and usability.
• Familiarity with backend systems, machine learning, LLMs, and data pipelines.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for interaction design.
• Familiarity with using AI in design processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Spanish or Portuguese native speaker and proficient in English.
