Job Description
Yalo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the development of its AI-driven sales platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, adept at solving complex problems, and eager to explore the evolution of technology, particularly in AI. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive solutions that address customer needs and drive business growth. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping product strategy, engaging with customers, and ensuring design decisions align with business goals.
Role involves:
- Crafting intuitive and impactful designs that meet usability and visual standards.
- Influencing product strategy by defining use cases and prioritizing features.
- Engaging with customers and commercial teams to understand the problem space.
- Owning product outcomes and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the design system and upholding design practices.
Requirements:
- Experience designing for Marketing, Commerce, Automation, or AI-based products.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, and product strategy.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI product prototyping tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to meaningful interaction design.
- Strong sense of agency and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Curiosity about backend systems, ML, and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Based in Mexico City and willing to work from the office ~3 days a week.
- Proficient in English.
