Sr. Staff Product Manager at Yalo Inc.

Yalo is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Manager to drive their data strategy and unify the experience across the platform. This role is crucial in designing and implementing effective team processes to ensure alignment, scalability, and achievement of strategic goals. This position is based in Mexico City and requires 100% onsite presence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead products focused on sharing data and insights with customers.
• Define and drive data strategy to enhance Yalo's success.
• Establish and implement scalable processes for the product team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring product teams.
• Familiarity with data product tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of data-driven products and strategies.
• Experience setting up scalable processes for product development and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
