Senior Insight Analyst at UNiDAYS Ltd

UNiDAYS is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to drive high-quality decision-making through data analysis. The analyst will use their expertise to select appropriate analytical tools, promote a test-and-learn approach, and collaborate across functions to manage requests and insight projects.

The role involves delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders at both tactical and strategic levels. The Senior Insight Analyst will also support the development of best practices around statistics, coding, visualisation, storytelling, QA, and project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading analytical deliverables from brief to delivery, deriving actionable insights that support business performance.
• Driving commercial value or marketing outcomes through insight to support tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Managing stakeholder communications throughout the insight project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with other analysts to improve outcomes.
• Being an ambassador for the team, showcasing insight work across the business.
• Ensuring technical delivery is appropriate and fit for purpose.
• Crafting communication of insight and recommendations to maximize impact.
• Adhering to Data Governance guidelines.

Requirements include:

• Significant prior experience in an insight or marketing/commercial science role.
• Demonstrable examples of delivering actionable outcomes from insight briefs.
• An inquisitive nature and growth mindset.
• At least 2 years of experience using statistical methods, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and time series methods.
• Comfort using a range of data sets, including data warehouse platforms and unstructured data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets and visualisation tools
