Project Manager/Scrum Master at Boosted.ai

Boosted.ai, a fintech company headquartered in Toronto, is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, facilitate communication between teams, and guide projects from conception through launch. Boosted.ai is looking for someone familiar with an outcome-oriented approach to project management to deliver tangible business outcomes. The position involves working with multiple product-specific development teams consisting of designers, engineers, and product managers. Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives.
• Lead Brainstorming sessions and backlog grooming.
• Track, measure, and analyze project/team progress and outcomes.
• Manage and identify project risks and quality.
• Work with the product team to understand and set priorities.
• Implement processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in identifying and removing roadblocks and dependencies.
• Understand product goals and articulate customer problems.
• Collaborate with teammates in product, design, engineering, and customer success.
• Hold teams accountable for delivery and consistently following an agile mindset.
• Analyze and evaluate processes and identify potential improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master/Delivery Manager.
• Track record of guiding teams on agile methods and coaching on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in outcome-oriented project management.
• Working knowledge of Project/Process KPIs / OKRs and Metrics.
• Experience with agile project management tools (JIRA, Product Board, Visio, MS Project).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
